Our approach

The site is built around Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA principles. We review accessibility feedback and improve the experience when a barrier is identified.

Supported features

The website is designed with semantic headings and landmarks, visible focus styles, labeled form controls, keyboard-operable navigation, status and error messages that do not rely on color alone, readable text, strong contrast, generous touch targets, and reduced-motion behavior. The quote journey uses ordinary controls so it can be completed without a mouse.

Using the site

You can increase browser zoom, navigate interactive elements with the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, activate buttons and links with Enter or Space, and use your operating system's reduced-motion setting. Essential quote information is presented as text and is not available only through animation, color, or hover.

Using Rapid Assistant

The assistant launcher, conversation panel, message field, and suggested actions use labeled controls, visible focus, text status messages, and keyboard operation. Responses, busy states, and errors are presented without relying on color or animation alone.

The assistant is optional. Every important next step remains available through ordinary site navigation, the quote form, and configured call or text links. If the conversation interface is difficult to use, you do not need to use it to request human help.
